Is Dawaty really free?
Yes. Creating events, adding guests and sharing invitation links yourself is free, with no limits. You only pay if you want us to send the invitations on WhatsApp, at SAR 3 per guest.
How do WhatsApp invitations work?
We send them from Dawaty’s WhatsApp Business account, with the guest’s name, your card and a button to open the invitation. You can see who received it and who didn’t.
Can I remind my guests?
Yes. When you send, you choose whether to remind guests who haven’t replied after a few days, and whether to remind those who accepted before the event. Reminders go out at 12:00 PM.
How do QR tickets work?
For events that need a managed entrance, every guest who accepts gets their own QR ticket, and your welcome team scans it at the door with a phone.
Can I use my own card design?
Yes. Choose one of our designs, or upload a card you already have as an image.
Do you support Arabic invitations?
Yes, Arabic and English. You choose the invitation language for each event.
